The first step of the assembly process consists of screwing the socket and main body together.
Handing over of the music box on the small load carrier (SLC) between two assembly stations.
The SLC is equipped with a Real-Time Location System (RTLS) and a RFID tag for real-time monitoring and tracking.
An assembled, functioning music box is the assembly result.
The participants in the Presto Planning Games discuss the first measures for the continuous improvement within the scope of the shop floor rounds.
Further discussions follow.
Digital, real-time evaluation of the game round on the shop floor board.
Another game round is conducted considering the previously analyzed improvement measures.
In the individual workstations, the actual status of the order as well as the manufacturing is transparently illustrated.
The shop floor board shows a 3D illustration including the representation of the value flows and the order progress in real-time on the basis of the RTLS data.
With the planning game in the Center of Excellence, it is a matter of assembling a music box from different individual parts. The socket is illustrated here.
The completely assembled product – the music box.
The Spirometer from CareFusion serves the measurement of lung volume or respiratory volume and the measurement of air flow speeds for the evaluation of the lung function.
The Gossen Mavolux light meter is used to measure the illuminance at workstations.
This device is the Gigahertz HF58B-R high frequency analyzer. It is used for measurements in high frequency and low frequency ranges.
The Voltcraft BL-20 TRH hygrometer is used for the regulation of air humidity, for example, in the workstation.
The Testo 816-1 sound level meter depicts the strength of a sound event.
The Maico MA 33 audiometer is used for the measurement of hearing capacity on an electro acoustic path.
The Radex RD1008 radiation measuring instrument measures the instantaneous radiation dose per timespan.
The Extech VPC300 particle counter measures the size and number of particles in the air.
The Voltcraft VBM-100 vibration measuring instrument is used for the measurement of vibrations and oscillations in the workstation.
The Testo 417 rotating vane anemometer measures the speed of a flow field or the wind.
